INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We get it – sometimes it just doesn’t work out. All US orders purchased on SABLYN can be returned within 15 days of order delivery. SABLYN does not cover the cost of shipping for international returns.

- All merchandise returned must be unworn and unwashed.
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery confirmation.
- Merchandise must be received back within 10 days after your Return Authorization is issued. All returns received within the 10 days period will be processed as a refund to the original payment card. After your return is processed with SABLYN.com, please allow 5-7 business days for the merchant credit to post to your card.
- Please note all returns received 10 days after your Return Authorization was issued will be processed as a store credit.
Please note we only accept returns from purchases made on SABLYN.com.
HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN:
- Step 1. Click sablyn.loopreturns.com and enter the order number and e-mail address that was used for this purchase and initiate the process by clicking "Start a return". Follow the options to begin the return process and get your pre-paid return label and RA#.
- Step 2. Pack your item(s) with original packaging along with the return form that was included with your order.
- Step 3. Attach your pre-paid shipping label and drop it off at your nearest UPS location.
- We will send you an email once the return has been received and processed.
Packages received without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
